At Spade Property we take our commitment of providing our clients with an outstanding property management service very seriously and to prove this isn’t just a throw away comment, we offer the following client service guarantee:

“If you’re unhappy or dissatisfied with the service you’ve received by Spade Property and have brought this to the attention of Spade Property in writing either by email or registered letter and we’ve failed to act and address these concerns within 48 hours, then we’ll gladly continue managing your property free of management fees for the next 3 months.” *

*Please note: Our customer service guarantee does not apply when we are requested to carry out non-standard duties, or when matters are outside our control e.g. a natural disaster or accident.
